Street dance is such an energetic style of dance, that at Dance with Jodie we aim to motivate students to push themselves to work towards a higher standard of choreography. Both junior and senior street dance work on fitness throughout weekly warm-ups supporting the healthy living programs promoted within schools. By placing an emphasis on fitness students are able to enhance their performance skills whilst on the stage. During each term students are taught a number of routines that are used for either show work or choreography work. At Dance with Jodie we believe that each student benefits from choreography classes as they help to build personal confidence as well as improving individual learning and teamwork.
